By Train: we are located 30 meters from the exit of the Central Station of La Spezia
By Car: you can park inside the parking lot from La Spezia Central Station, you will have your car within walking distance or you can choose to park in the free areas of the city: Piazza d’Armi or Piazza Palasport and use the ATC shuttle bus.
We have the possibility for small to medium sized cars to reserve parking inside a private garage, contact us for more information.
We are on the SECOND FLOOR and do not have the possibility to use the elevator, unfortunately suitcases will require some of your cooperation.

Check in is from 3 pm and is done independently, we will send you the codes for access to the facility on Whatsapp or via email so you will be free to better organize your day without being subject to schedules

We decided to give importance to our guests and make them feel at home, that is why our breakfast room inside the guesthouse is designed as a common space to share where you will find our buffet breakfast both sweet and savory.
