The apartment "Il Mare di Ada" is a little gem on the sea, here you will not have a sea view but will experience it directly. With two windows above the small port of Riomaggiore, it is 2 minutes from the beach and 10 from the Station. Equipped with a double room with a double bed, from whose windows you can enjoy sunsets and wonderful breakfasts overlooking the sea, for those who want a romantic stay. For those who want to spend time with friends or family, there is also a room with a single bed. The Riomaggiore marina will offer you plenty of opportunities to explore the area with private boat or ferry tours. To relax at home you can take advantage of the small living room and kitchen equipped with everything you need.

The apartment is in Via San Giacomo 107, it is not possible to arrive by car directly to the apartment as it is located on the sea and anyway we remind you that Riomaggiore is a limited traffic zone where it is difficult to park.
If you arrive by car it is possible to park at the beginning of the village inside the silo Rioparking garage.
The apartment, on the other hand, can be reached very well from the train station (10 minutes) and for a unique experience also by boat…
Check in is scheduled from 3 p.m. and is on your own, so we will provide you with instructions and codes for access via email and whatsapp.
The keys are inside boxes next to the main door, so you can access the apartment at the time you prefer.
Once you enter, we will ask you to provide us with your information so that we can proceed with the mandatory registration with the Accommodation Portal.
Check out is by 10:00 a.m., we ask you on your way out to leave the keys in the box and payment of the accommodation fee.
The apartment we have decided to share with you is very important to us, so we ask you to provide for it with care during your stay. We also ask you to leave it as tidy and clean as when you arrive, respecting the next guests.
As the apartment is inside a Natural Park we have committed to doing something for the environment, starting with the garbage, which we recycle, so we ask you to make your contribution by helping us sort the garbage according to the directions provided.
The apartment is a Certified Facility with Environmental Quality Mark.
